Idle Airport — Privacy Policy

DRAFT for the mockup site — based on the game’s existing privacy draft (effective Oct 7, 2026; last updated Oct 9, 2026). Privacy contact: support@idlegamesusa.com (support for all Idle Games USA games, including Idle Airport). Confirm the final text before publishing.

Idle Airport by Idle Games USA is in testing on Google Play. No account is needed to play; progress is saved on your device; we do not sell personal information; the game is not directed to children under 13; network data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

On your device only

Game progress (cash, gates, planes, upgrades, milestones, daily-reward streak, boost timers, purchase flags, last-played time for offline earnings), save backups in app private storage, and an optional pilot name/look are stored locally. A small on-device diagnostics log (recent errors/ad/reward and purchase events) is only for a bug report you choose to copy — it is never sent automatically. The game does not ask for email, phone, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. The app also fetches version.json / remote-config.json from GitHub Pages (no identifier or game data sent; GitHub can see your IP, as with any website), may offer one optional local reminder notification (scheduled on-device, no notification server), and uses Google Play’s in-app update check.

Game server — Google Firebase (from v1.3.0)

Firebase Authentication, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Firestore (hosted by Google in the US) power leaderboards, limited-time events, redeem codes, and purchase checks. Data: an anonymous Firebase account ID (random; no email/password) plus IP and basic device/app info processed by Firebase; your public leaderboard profile (pilot name/look, prestige level, gate count, lifetime/weekly/cargo-event scores — visible to other players); Play Games player ID only if you sign in (not shown to others); redeem codes and times; purchase checks (product, order ID, Play purchase token, time — never card details); and event prize records. Inactive leaderboard entries may be removed after 12 months. Server-data deletion: email support@idlegamesusa.com with the player ID shown in Settings.

Ads — Google AdMob (rewarded) + UMP

Only optional rewarded video ads in the Android app (e.g. income boost, double reward, faster upgrade) — no banner/pop-up/forced ads. AdMob may use the advertising ID and related identifiers for ad delivery, ad measurement, and fraud prevention; personalized vs non-personalized depends on consent/device settings. Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) shows a consent form where required (EEA, UK, Switzerland).

Purchases — Google Play Billing

Optional in-app purchases use Google Play Billing, switched on only when products are available in Play. Google handles payment; we never receive card details. An on-device purchase record helps deliver/restore items and remove refunded items.

Optional Google Play Games

Optional Play Games sign-in provides leaderboards and cloud saves (Saved Games). You can play without signing in; manage Play Games data in the Play Games app / your Google Account settings.

Analytics & crash reporting

We do not use any analytics service of our own (AdMob’s own ad measurement is described above). The app does not include a crash-reporting service — no Crashlytics. If either is added, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.

Retention, rights & changes

Local data is deleted by uninstalling/clearing the app or using Settings → Reset progress. Google-held data follows Google’s policies. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object — contact our privacy contact at support@idlegamesusa.com. We do not sell personal information. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

[DRAFT NOTE] Final version should match the shipped build and Play Data Safety form exactly at launch.
